Shipping Policy
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped within 6 working days (excluding weekends & festive holidays). For tracking issues, contact customersupport@labeljenn.com.
Delivery Time:
5 working days post-dispatch.International Orders: 14 working days post-dispatch.
Express Shipping: Available for both domestic & international orders. To request, email customersupport@labeljenn.com or WhatsApp +91 9702789835. Charges apply & depend on product availability.
International Shipping & Duties: We ship worldwide! Import taxes, customs fees, and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Shipping address can be changed within 3 days of placing the order, if not dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are only accepted for faulty or damaged jewelry. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear images at customersupport@labeljenn.com.
Non-Returnable Items: Earrings (for hygiene reasons), pre-orders & custom-made pieces (final sale), and change of mind returns are not accepted.
Return Conditions: Jewelry must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
Natural Variations: Handcrafted jewelry may have minor marks/inclusions. Natural gemstones may vary in color/texture from images. Returns due to these natural variations are not accepted.
